Nothing going on.....

Well I really don't have anything to update today....The kiddos are both doing amazing....Victoria is sitting in her chair screaming as we speak as she gets fed, nothing unsual there....and Rylan is doing good....We are taking Rylan to the big Fair down here this Sunday so he should have a blast with that....he has been a really good boy lately so we (my dad, Momma, and I) figured he should be rewarded! I have applied for 2 more jobs, Sears and Jc Penny so we will see..... Well thats its for now!

Sorry it's been a couple of days......

Hello Everyone.....Sorry I haven't updated over the past few days, it's been a little crazy down here!!!! These past few days have been the most trying and tiring since I have gotten down here. The kids have been a little off the wall, Rylan misbehaving a little bit (and I'm sure the non stop rain doesn't help....) and Victoria just crying like crazy when she is hooked up to her pump, which is nothing new, but when you are hit with both at once it sends you wanting to run for the hills.

Wednesday we went to WIC and got the kids back on WIC. They will be providing some of Victoria's formula now. As for Rylan they provide all of his milk, cheese, juice ect for the month! It's going to be a HUGE expense that we don't have to worry about anymore. I also applied for Social Security Benefits for Victoria (basically the disability kind), so we are waiting on hearing if we can get it or not.

On Friday Victoria was evaluated by a therapist and is going to be requiring more services then we got up in Connecticut. She will be getting Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, Speech therapy, and what they call Self Help therapy. Hopefully these things will get her to where she needs to be!

Today I took Rylan (Along with Aunt Trisha) and we went to the mall for a special day. He LOVED having special time with Mommy. I think that I am going to try to start doing this more often, as I truly believe that he needs more one on one time with me right now.

Well the kids stats as of Wednesday are
Rylan ---- Height- 38 inches and Weight- 32 lbs

Victoria---Height 28 1/4 inches and Weight 17.8 lbs

Dear Lord give me the strength.....

Well these past 3 days have been trying to say the least....Rylan has figured out how to push my buttons in every way possible.....Yesterday he flooded the bathroom, so I had that mess to clean up.....and today started with (at 8:30 this morning) "Mommy, Can I have an Oreo"....It is now 10:30 and I am still listening to it....I am ready to pull my hair out. I know it is because he has been trapped inside for like a week now because it has rained non stop....hopefully today I can get him out for a little bit.

Victoria is doing well....she has been eating but even that is starting to slow down.....She is going to be my special child and things are just going to be more difficult for her so we just take it one step at a time....I got covered in Mango and something else the other night I don't remember what.....so we are just taking it slow again.....

Well that's all to update for now I am going to the social security office later today to apply for ssi (income/insurance) for Victoria.....Hopefully I will get it.....Cause every little bit helps at this point

What a bad night......

Well last night just kept going from bad to worse to even worse......Victoria was very very cranky all day yesterday so finally at like 5 I gave her her dinner. She ate it all, well I was cooking green beans so I put some in the safe feeder and gave them to her, she loved it and sat and ate them for like 20 min or so. Well then we all sit down at the table to have dinner (please keep in mind she is sitting in one of those booster seats that attaches to the chair) and we are eating and all of the sudden my dad (who doesn't curse) goes "Oh Shit" and I look and my baby and the chair are flying backwards. She kicked off the table and the chair flipped back with me sitting right next to her.....I wanted to cry for her....She is however OK, I swear it was like 3 min of crying and she was ready to go play.....Now Rylan on the other hand I swear 5pm hit and it was like OK lets see how many times I can annoy mommy. I would tell him to stop doing something and he just continued to do it. When Victoria got hurt he kept hitting me trying to get my attention. So I put him in his room....I needed 5 min by myself, I should've put me in his room....lol....well ultimately he cried and cried for like 20 min and then got over it....then when it was time to go to bed he wouldn't go to sleep, he didn't fall asleep till like 930 or 10 and is just now waking up at 9.....I have a feeling I may be in for another long day....I will update more later....

New Job.....

Well I applied for a new job today....at Geoffrey's....It's basically a Toys R Us....I am hoping that I get it...but am nervous at the same time because I will have to take 2 weeks off during busy season because we are COMING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so stoked don't know the exact dates yet but am just excited that we are coming home!!!!! Can't wait....love to all!!!!

My first post.....

Well this is my first attempt at blogging.....but I figured since we are 1250 miles away from everyone in the family that this is a good way to keep you all updated. We are all adjusting very well to everything here in Mississippi.....Victoria has been to the specialist, and we are going to continue her feeds as they are, but do a bolus feed at night instead of having her hooked up at night......we are going to eventually start doing larger, shorter feeds during the day.....Rylan is doing good as well. He loves playing on the farm, and watching the cows!

We have gone and looked at some homes the past couple of weekends and I have found a couple that I like, but they needs some work.....not that that is a problem because I would rather it be what I want ne way!

Well that's it for now....Gotta finish the laundry and Victoria is crying....by for now....
